Take it from me, with back pain you have to sometimes take the good with the bad and smile. You can't wait for the pain to pass when the damage is permanent, learn how to care for your injury and remember what you had, and learn from your mistake but never weep in sorrow.
Long and short of it, lower back pain is one of the most common reasons people visit the chiropractor. A shocking 60% of all pains in the US is from some forms of aches and annoying low back pain symptoms. The good news is most cases can be treated with pain medication.
It is not the end no matter how bad the pain may be and never give in. Most doctors will tell you that low back exercise is the choice therapy to strengthen low back muscles.
Things change, treatment will help you perceive that some back pains can be treated. And repeated or continuous pain doesn't necessarily mean disaster. Plus treatment will help you stay active and find a routine that is right for your injury. It's amazing, but if most people stay active their low back pain will improve. In order to derive improvement from relief therapy the suffer must avoid positions or activities that may cause the pain to increase, also to get rid of intense pain use ice on the injury and take over the counter pain pills.

Even though we can't change the past or make the pain go away, the idea is to plan for a brighter future with back exercises. When the acute pain subsides it is a chance to turn it all around with moderate strengthening exercises for your stomach, back, and legs. Stretching is also recommended "not exciting" you say, just remember stretching may not be what you were expecting, but stretching may be everything you were needing. Exercise stretches to strengthen the back include: Hip rotations, rump lifts, and thigh pulls, also your doctor about superman exercises and slippery heels, high heels, and brake pedals to strengthen your back.
It's not the end, the best things in life are unseen and like exercises aren't difficult to engage, plus there is no need for special equipment. Sometimes we have to stop deciding with our minds when what we want is in our hearts, the point is stop fear and pain from causing deeper problems. The proper back exercises will decrease low back pain, aid faster recovery, prevent re-injury to the back, and possibly prevent disability. The danger lies with little activity can result in damaging the body's flexibility, strength and endurance.
As with all advice consult with your physician before attempting any treatment, especially if you suffer from chronic low back pain.
